We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to addresses in New Zealand and Australia. For all other countries, we have a flat shipping rate of $30 NZD.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order journey.
For deliveries within New Zealand, please allow 2 to 5 business days after dispatch, noting that rural deliveries may take slightly longer. For Australia, please allow 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
While we do our best to deliver within these timeframes, delays can sometimes occur due to courier demand, weather events, or customs processing. We will always keep you updated if significant delays occur.

You are invited to sleep on your Dream Sleep Posture Pillow for up to 30 nights from the date you receive your order. If you are not experiencing deeper sleep, improved comfort, or better alignment, you can return your pillow for a full refund.
To qualify for a return, the pillow should be in good condition, though we understand minor signs of use are normal. Original packaging is not required if it is not feasible to keep. Please ensure you include your order number or proof of purchase with your return.
To begin your return, email us at hello@shopdreamsleepofficial.com within 30 nights of receiving your pillow. We will provide return instructions and the address to send your pillow. Please note that return shipping must be tracked for peace of mind, and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us at hello@shopdreamsleepofficial.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. These costs vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
