We want your shopping experience with Dream Sleep to be simple, transparent, and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order and how our returns process works.


Shipping: 

  • Free Shipping
    We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to addresses in New Zealand and Australia. For all other countries, we have a flat shipping rate of $30NZD.

  • Dispatch Times
    Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
    Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order’s journey.

  • Delivery Timeframes
    New Zealand: 2–5 business days after dispatch (rural deliveries may take slightly longer).
    Australia: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delays
    While we do our best to deliver within these timeframes, delays can sometimes occur due to courier demand, weather events, or customs processing (for Australia). We’ll always keep you updated if delays occur.

We stand behind the quality of the Dream Sleep Posture Pillow. That’s why every pillow comes with our 30-night comfort guarantee.

  • How It Works
    Sleep on your Dream Sleep Posture Pillow for up to 30 nights (from receiving your order).
    If you’re not experiencing deeper sleep, improved comfort, or better alignment, you can return it for a full refund.

  • Return Requirements
    The pillow should be in good condition (minor signs of use are fine).
    Original packaging is not required if it’s not feasible to keep.
    Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

  • How to Initiate a Return
    Email us at hello@shopdreamsleepoffical.com within 30 nights of receiving your pillow.
    We’ll provide return instructions and the address to send your pillow.
    Once we receive your returned pillow, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    Return shipping must be tracked for peace of mind. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds
    Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
    Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


International Shipping Disclaimer

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local authorities. These costs vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Where to put it:

Checkout page: Add directly under shipping options (so customers see it before purchase).
Shipping & Returns page: Include a short section titled International Orders with the full disclaimer.
Footer link: A “Shipping & Returns” link in the footer ensures it’s always accessible.
