A: If you often wake with neck or back pain, stiffness, headaches, or feel your current pillow isn’t giving you enough support, you may benefit from an orthopaedic pillow. The Dream Sleep Posture Pillow is designed to align your spine, reduce muscle strain, and promote better posture while you sleep.

Q: What makes your pillow different from store-bought ones?

A: Our pillow uses a patented contour shape based on designs trusted in chiropractic clinics. It’s made with CertiPUR-US® certified memory foam and an OEKO-TEX® certified cover, ensuring it’s safe, supportive, and durable. Many store-bought pillows flatten quickly, don’t support the neck correctly, or contain harmful chemicals – ours is built for lasting comfort and health.

Q: Will it work for all sleep positions?

A: It’s ideal for back and side sleepers. The dual-height design means you can choose the side that feels most comfortable. While we don’t specifically recommend stomach sleeping (as it can strain the neck), some stomach sleepers use the lower side as they transition to healthier positions.

Q: Is it suitable for CPAP users?

A: Yes. The contoured sides and cut-out area provide space for your mask and hose, helping to prevent air leaks and discomfort.

Q: What is the pillow made from?

A: The core is high-quality memory foam, CertiPUR-US® certified, and free from harmful chemicals. The cover is a breathable, soft polyester/bamboo blend fabric, OEKO-TEX® certified to be safe for direct skin contact.

Q: Does it come with a pillowcase?

A: Yes, it comes with a removable, machine-washable cover. You can also use a standard pillowcase if you prefer.

Q: Can I buy extra pillowcases?

A: Yes, we offer additional standard and cooling pillowcases made to fit the pillow’s shape perfectly.

Care and Durability

Q: How do I clean my pillow?

A: The cover can be removed and machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or air dry. The foam core is not washable – spot clean only.

Q: How long will the pillow last?

A: With regular use, the pillow is designed to retain its shape and support for at least three to five years. Using the washable cover and avoiding folding or crushing the foam will help extend its life.

A: We ship throughout New Zealand, Australia and the rest of the world.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to addresses in New Zealand and Australia. For all other countries, we have a flat shipping rate of $30NZD.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes:

● NZ: 2–5 business days (rural may take longer)

● Australia: 5–10 business days

A: We offer a 30-night comfort guarantee. If you’re not experiencing better sleep, improved comfort, or better alignment, you can return your pillow for a full refund.

Q: How do I return my pillow?

A: 1. Email us at hello@posturepillow.nz within 30 nights of receiving your pillow.

2. We’ll provide return instructions and the address to send your pillow.

3. Once we receive your returned pillow, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

● Return shipping must be tracked for peace of mind. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: What condition does the pillow need to be in?

A: It should be in good condition. Minor signs of use are fine. Original packaging isn’t required.

Q: Do you accept returns from Australia or the rest of the world?

A: Yes. We accept returns from any country.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or I get the wrong item?

A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
