A: Please inspect all cartons immediately upon arrival. If you notice significant damage to the outer carton, please note it with the courier driver upon delivery and take photos. 1. Ordering and Payment

• Minimum Order: Our minimum wholesale order is one (1) carton of six (6) Posture Pillows.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will be invoiced at the price at the time of purchase.
• Payment: Payment is due prior to shipment of goods unless credit terms have been pre-approved in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
• Wholesale Account Verification: We reserve the right to review all wholesale orders. Any orders placed by accounts that are not approved wholesale partners will be cancelled and refunded in full.

2. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Costs: Shipping is free in NZ.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of payment receipt. Please allow up to 14 days during busy periods for delivery information and tracking.
• Risk of Loss: All goods are shipped at the buyer's risk. Responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival and report any damage to the carrier.

3. Returns Policy (Damaged or Defective Goods)
We stand by the quality of our products.

• Reporting Issues: Any claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to us in writing via email at hello@shopdreamsleepofficial.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Please include photos of the damage.
• Resolution: If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement unit or issue an account credit for the base product cost less GST ($386.96 for a full pack or $64.50 per individual pillow). We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective goods.

4. Returns Policy (Customer Returns via 30-Night Trial)
This policy applies only to returns made by patients to your clinic under the Dream Sleep 30-Night Trial Guarantee.

• Process: If a patient returns a pillow to your clinic within 30 days, please accept the return.
• Requesting Credit: To receive credit, you must notify us of the return within 30 days of the original patient purchase date. Email hello@shopdreamsleepofficial.com with the patient's original purchase date and reason for return.
• Return Authorisation: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for you to send the returned pillow back to us.
• Trade Credit: Once we receive the returned pillow, we will issue a trade credit for the base product cost less GST ($64.50 NZD ex. GST) to your account, which can be applied to your next order.
• Important: We cannot issue credit for pillows returned by patients after the 30-night trial period has expired.

5. Limitation of Liability
Dream Sleep’s liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the original purchase price of the specific product(s) in question.

6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
